- Discounted rates are available at participating Best Western hotels on selected dates for stays between 15th December 2014 – 31st March 2015. All bookings must be made by the 31st March 2015. Each participating Best Western hotel will offer one of three discounts: 30%, 40% or 50%.
- Winter Offer is the name of the rate plan which may fluctuate depending on the time of year. The discount levels will always be applied no matter how the ‘Winter Offer’ fluctuates. Hotels review and may change their Winter Offer on a daily basis.
- Discounted rates are subject to availability and may be limited depending on the hotel and may require a midweek or weekend stay.
- Full payment must be made when making your reservation. Prepayment is charged to the card the booking was made with between the time of booking and stay. Cancelled bookings will not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
- All extra expenses (room service, bar bills, newspapers, other meals etc) must be paid in full prior to departure.
